Our Safety Protocols for Curbside and In-Person Visits

Below, you'll find important details about our safety protocols regarding in-office visits, curbside service, and pickups and drop-offs. If you have any questions about our protocols prior to your visit, please call us at (770) 717-1650.

In-Office Protocols

The only clients we're currently allowing inside our building are those who are coming to see a veterinarian (for a scheduled appointment or ER visit).

  • Call us from the parking lot upon your arrival to check in
  • Please wear a mask while you're inside our building
  • When we're ready to see you and your pet, we'll have you go to the entrance of the hospital to be escorted in by a member of our team
  • Temperatures will be taken before entering the building
  • Only one financially responsible adult (and one child, if applicable) will be allowed inside at a time

Curbside Protocols

We are still offering curbside service to our clients. When scheduling an appointment, be sure to let us know which type of appointment (in-office or curbside) you would prefer. Call us when you arrive at our parking lot, and one of our technicians will come out and escort your pet into our hospital.

Pick-Up and Drop-off Protocols

Our lobbies will remain closed at this time and when picking up or dropping off a pet, remain in your car and call to announce your arrival. A technician will come to pick up or bring your pet to you and answer any questions you may have.

For prescriptions or food pick-up, call upon your arrival and a staff member will assist you at your car.

Payment Options

The Village Vets accepts cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and CareCredit. CareCredit provides you with a credit card you can use to pay your pet's medical bill in monthly payments over a certain period of time.
